With a proven track record in both fast-paced startup environments and global corporations, Dr. Christiane Lesmeister brings unparalleled expertise in building, scaling, and transforming communication functions to drive business success.
Leveraging her experience in stock-listed companies and premium brands including Porsche, BMW, and LKQ Europe — which scaled through 80+ acquisitions — she has mastered the art of positioning organizations as industry leaders while driving engagement inside and out. She has built European communications functions twice from the ground up: leading corporate and product communications across 27 markets for Porsche Central Eastern Europe from Prague, and across 16+ European markets for LKQ Europe.
Alongside her advisory work, Christiane teaches communication at university level and has developed a specialist continuing-education course in crisis communications.
Christiane Lesmeister founded the consultancy on a single conviction: communication is not a support function — it is a strategic asset that drives transformation and business performance.
